To invite someone as a contributor to your blog, you need to know your account set up in gmail. Once you know you can invite a collaborator. You must make an invitation. For this accessing the blog as an administrator , pulsáis Customize tab / Settings / Permissions and Add Authors . The person you have invited will receive an invitation you should accept and after acceptance, you can publish posts (entries) that facilitate communication between everyone.
Upon completion
receive an e-mail invitations, as the following (you can click on the image to enlarge), it'll be invited to collaborate, should visit the page that follows and proceed according to the instructions they tell us.
